MiCableOnda is a mobile application from which you can control all your services and inquiries of television, internet and telephony of Cable Onda. Thanks to your notifications you will always be updated on the status of your service and your accounts.
Some of the functions that you can perform from the app are:

Invoice inquiry: Know your updated balance, as well as all the details for charges to your account. You can also review previous invoices and your current consumption.

Online Payment: You can pay your Cable Onda account from your cell phone with a credit card and the balance is updated in the App within the next 2 hours.

Wifi Finder: with the WiFi Finder of MiCableOnda app you can find the WIFI Hotspots of Cable Onda and surf the Internet for free.

Geolocation Payment Centers: You can locate the Cable Onda payment center closest to your location with a single click.

  • Develop an app for Cable Onda customers to have an easy and transparent one-point access to all Cable Onda service information.
  • Build an experience to manage account, make payments, check usage, and track /reschedule an appointment
  • Inform users with up-to-date notifications about the service, support requests & outages
Task

Our main goal was to provide an end user app that provided quick access to customer’s main concerns. Billing and technician tracking being some of the top priorities.
